Purchase your tickets at the ticket office in Piazza Duomo 25, in front of the Duomo or online here
To benefit from reduced and free tickets, please show a valid document confirming your entitlement at the time of the visit. Free tickets must be collected at the ticket office of the monumental complex.

Payment methods
You can choose between two payment methods:
- By cash or card. Purchase your tickets at the ticket office outside the Duomo or online here
- By bank transfer. We kindly request that you email us in advance and show us your receipt of payment at the ticket office when you collect your tickets. A copy of the payment receipt is needed to issue the tickets.
Useful information
Tours are not permitted during liturgical celebrations at the High Altar and in the Chapel of San Brizio.
Instructions for visiting the Chapel of San Brizio:
- Guided tours must last no longer than 15 minutes;
- Groups who have booked a tour and an authorised guide have priority entry;
- Group entries will alternate with individual ones;
- Authorised staff are responsible for managing the flow of visitors.
